How I build
I design the product and direct a team of AI agents to build it: Grok Build for long building sessions, Cursor agents for focused code changes and pull requests, and the Grok Bot team for research, design passes, App Store Connect prep and QA. I set direction, review every change, and decide what ships.
Directing agents well is its own skill: breaking work into clear briefs, reviewing output against the spec, and keeping many apps moving at once without losing quality.
